Favor – ESP Feedback

Filed under: Members, News About ASI

We are working on the next version of ESP Online, and I’d like to ask your help.

Post a comment or email me here and tell me, as briefly as possible since I’m reading all replies, what 3-4 things you’d like to make ESP Online better.

If you happen to use another research tool, or have in the past, reply and tell me what you use and what annoys you most about that tool or what you like most.

As thanks for your input, you can choose (a) $100 hotel reimbursement and a free ticket to the Lion King show at ASI Show Las Vegas 2009 or (b) guaranteed seat to see General Colin Powell (Ret.) at ASI Show Orlando 2010.

If you choose the Lion King tickets, you must reply by this Friday, August 28.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

I would really like a mac version of ESP. I hate having to open windows on my computer and switch back and forth in order to use ESP. I would like to see more ‘updated’ graphics and layout options for the presentations feature. They seem a bit rigid. Thanks for listening….keep up the great work!

I have mentioned this before, but I would like to be able to develop via ESP my own ecatalog. The goal would be to have the looks of a print catalog, but with the customization of being able to have pages/sections that I can model specifically to my clientele. And in addition have the flexibility to modify by season or by specialty. All print catalogs are generally fairly broad. So it would be so helpful to have templates to choose from to give us a different look for ‘each ecatalog’ then to place products we select at our pricing, grouped the way we would like, then to email to our clients or place on our website. Centerstage is nice for specific items for a specific request, but it is not comparable to an ecatalog that has the attractive background etc. This would be a great help to me and if I could ever help serve or test such an item I would love to help!
    Thanks for listening!

    Hi Tim
I would like to see online MAC version. We bought a specific computer for ESP. It’s less user friendly even than dealing with the DVD discs.(that ASI discontinued after i signed on for another year of ESP ) Maybe it’s a learning curve of Windows. Most of my research pointed to SAGE but I was already
committed to another year of ESP. I have a feeling that the percentage of MAC users in our industry is larger than other less creative industries. Hopefully your team with consider a MAC version, then you can go to work on iphone mobil application.
    Thanks for listening

I agree that having a Mac version of ESP would be very helpful. I just moved over to a Mac because of it’s graphic abilities. It would be nice to have ESP at my fingertips at all times. Thanks in advance for allowing Mac users to have the same ease as PC users.
