Do they immediately start thinking of the next year, the next game, the\u00a0next big trophy? I\u2019m betting ASI\u2019s latest winners\u00a0\u2013 our editorial team\u00a0\u2013\u00a0are already planning\u00a0their next triumph.<\/p>\n<p>But first they&#8217;ll certainly\u00a0celebrate winning a total of 18 awards for writing, editing, research, design and photography from\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.asbpe.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">American Society of Business Publication Editors<\/a>.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/timandrewsblog-asicentral.com\/timblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/wearables.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m half expecting them to come to my office and pour gatorade over my head during a victory lap!<\/p>\n<p>All told, ASI publications have won an incredible 57 editorial awards in recent years, including three Jesse H. Neal Awards, considered the Pulitzer Prize of the business press. I give a lot of credit to Melinda Ligos, ASI\u2019s editor in chief and senior vice president of professional development, and to Rich Fairfield, our executive vice president and publisher, for guiding editorial to so many championship seasons.<\/p>\n<p>ASBPE is the professional association for full-time and freelance editors and writers employed in the business, trade and specialty press.
