As always, the show featured multimedia demos, free catalogs and tons of top new suppliers. At this all-day virtual event, we had 27 show booths with sales reps and 40 ASI Education and certification programs.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/timandrewsblog-asicentral.com\/timblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/VTS.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One participant was so impressed with the connections he made that he suggested we host a virtual show every week. Below is a sampling of other comments we received:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Brian from TCMPI<\/strong>: Great tool and a really fun way of doing business \u2013 awesome!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Heather from Magna-Tel<\/strong>: Great show, we have been busy all day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vin from Proforma\/WTB Enerprises, Inc<\/strong>.: Great exhibit and nice job, look and feel is tremendous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the show, participants chatted with each other, viewed docs, catalogs and Webcasts and competed for $17,000 in prizes \u2013 all for free and without spending a dime on travel.<\/p>\n<p>The best part is no matter where you are \u2013 or how you\u2019re dressed \u2013 you can log on and learn, network and sell. And if you missed the virtual event, you can access it\u00a0on-demand <a href=\"http:\/\/www.asicentral.com\/vts\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We know the all-day, <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Virtual_tradeshow\" target=\"_blank\">online events<\/a> are effective because exhibiting suppliers experience an average 24% increase in ESP searches the day after each show.<\/p>\n<p>Our next Virtual Trade Show is scheduled for February 15, which seems like a long way off when the leaves are still (mostly) green but it&#8217;s\u00a0just five months away.
