As one <em>Counselor<\/em> blogger put it: It was a sales rep\u2019s Super Bowl. Or, as Tony himself said: \u201cThis is not your typical biz seminar, but they\u2019re boring as sh**.\u201d<a href=\"http:\/\/asicentralblog.com\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/timandrewsblog-asicentral.com\/timblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/tonyA.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You gotta love this guy.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve ever seen an audience so energized and so willing to jump in and do whatever it takes to tap into Robbins\u2019 energy and make it work, work, work for them to transform their lives and achieve their business goals.<\/p>\n<p>I hope you followed the constant stream of tweets and blog posts from our editors, but in case you need a recap, below are some Tony tidbits and highlights. Print them out and post them where you can see them every day, to get started on your very own \u201ccelebration.\u201d One tip: Play your favorite get-pumped music <em>really<\/em> loud while reading:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Too many people make things worse than they are      and make up euphemisms for their situations. Face the truth like it really is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be honest about your own business \u2013 and      capitalize on the current economy. This is when you can steal market share      and capitalize on the problems of others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>65% of <em>Fortune<\/em> 1000 companies started during a depression or recession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Success is based on a strong mentality. Tell      yourself:\u00a0 I was made for this time.      This is where I come out stronger than ever.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul><a href=\"http:\/\/asicentralblog.com\/blog\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"right\" src=\"http:\/\/timandrewsblog-asicentral.com\/timblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/tonyB.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<li>Emotions \u2013 creativity, flexibility, compassion,      vision \u2013 are the ultimate resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Success is 80% psychology, 20% mechanics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Decisions = destiny. If you want to change your      life, you have to make new decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Some people buy from you simply because they like      being around you. Be happy and energized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy comes from psychology, not food or sleep.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>To get pumped before a big sales meeting, act      like your favorite team won the Super Bowl \u2013 and change your movement by      jumping, galloping, fist-pumping, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>You can be someone who sucks all of the energy      out of the room or somebody who lifts people up by your energy.
