join a new ASI advisory board"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The secret to serving customers well is relatively simple: \u00a0Listen, and then take action on what you&#8217;ve heard.\u00a0 Every day, ASI listens to members&#8217; needs via emails, phone calls and conversations.\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.asicentral.com\/asp\/open\/AboutASI\/pressRoom\/index.aspx?id=4002\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/timandrewsblog-asicentral.com\/timblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/Dale_Denham_Thumb.jpg\" class=\"right\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Over the past few years we&#8217;ve also enjoyed great feedback through our editorial and ASI Show advisory boards, which help us make tough decisions while providing significant insights from multiple perspectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Now, ASI is going one step further and establishing four new advisory boards where we will share information, discuss pressing industry issues and receive guidance from each other.\u00a0 The four boards are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ASI<\/strong><strong> Advisory Board<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Technology and Operations Advisory Board<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Marketing, Public Relations and Industry Research Advisory Board<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Safety and Legislative Advisory Board<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I&#8217;m thrilled to be involved in these boards and work directly with each board chairperson.\u00a0 Tim Andrews, president and CEO of ASI, will chair the ASI Advisory Board and the other three boards will be chaired by one of the ASI members serving on each board.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Board member positions are not honorary.\u00a0 We expect everyone to be involved and prepared for each meeting, and board members will have the opportunity &#8211;
